Pretty Things: Cuyana Travel Set

Pretty Things: Cuyana Travel Set

By this point, Cuyana has solidified itself as the best one-stop shop for affordable, quality leather goods. But the company has so much more including clothing, accessories, scarves and travel pieces, like this set I'm eyeing below.

Made in Peru of 100 percent baby alpaca, the travel set comes with a delicate eye mask and cozy blanket. You can even personalize the front by monogramming your initials on the front flap. Now that I've been on a long-haul flight and am traveling every few weeks, I have become a major fan of travel accessories. They really make a huge difference in one's overall comfort on long flights.

I love Cuyana's products, but I'm even more inspired by the company's philosophy: "Fewer, Better." I recently purged 80 percent of my closet a few months ago and vowed to stop purchasing items from fast-fashion retailers. Cuyana is delightfully in the same mindset. The company sources the best materials from all over the world and maintains responsible manufacturing practices. So anytime you purchase something from the company, you know where the material came from and how it was made.

"We believe in style over trends, in quality over quantity, in loving your closet," the website states. "We believe that fewer, better things lead to a fuller, better life."

I couldn't agree more. My closet has never been so empty, and it's extremely gratifying. Head to Cuyana to see all the pretty things they offer.
