What are you up to this weekend? We are heading to Taiwan tonight to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. We return the night before Halloween, so this week’s recipe includes pumpkin and is a spin on the weekly toast situation. Today, we’re toasting pumpkin seeds — see what I did there? :)
You can season pumpkin seeds any way you like — this Bon Appetit recipe is a savory, spicy version that includes turmeric and peppercorn. Or you could go sweet and toss them in cinnamon and sugar. Dress them up however you like! …Just don’t burn them.
